摘　　要：介绍了将医院感染控制理念融入到平战结合综合医院设计建设和改建中的具体做法,总结医院感染管理部门在医院建设初期的干预内容,以及在应对突发公共卫生事件中指导医院改造,包括医院病房改造、发热门诊改造、空气流向管理、流程改造四方面。The article expounds on the specific method of integrating the concept of nosocomial infection control into the design,construction and reconstruction of a general hospital on peacetime and wartime,summarizes the intervention content of the hospital infection management department in the initial stage of hospital construction,and guides the hospital reconstruction in response to public health emergency,including hospital ward reconstruction,fever clinic reconstruction,air flow management,process reconstruction.
