摘  要:针对船用微引燃双燃料发动机燃料模式切换过程燃烧不稳定和转速波动大的问题,本文采用台架试验的方法,揭示了发动机不同燃料替代率时燃烧特征与性能,制定并验证了燃气喷射三段控制的燃料模式切换控制策略,分析了燃烧波动及切换时长等因素对燃料模式切换过程的影响。结果表明:随替代率升高,发动机各缸燃烧循环变动增大和一致性变差,至燃气模式有所减弱,但仍高于柴油模式的循环变动和一致性;较短的切换时长将导致切换过程的转速波动增大;采用燃料模式切换控制策略,可实现双燃料发动机20%~80%额定负荷内120 s时间内燃料模式平稳安全切换,转速波动率最大为5.7%,未发生爆震和失火等非正常现象。Unstable combustion and large speed fluctuations generally occur during the fuel mode switch-over process of a marine micro-pilot-ignition dual-fuel engine.The bench tests of the fuel mode switch-over were conducted on a marine dual-fuel engine to reveal the in-cylinder combustion characteristics and performance at various fuel substitution rates.The three-stage controlled fuel supply strategy for the fuel mode switch-over process was developed and verified,and the effects of combustion fluctuations and switch-over duration on the switch-over process were analyzed.The experimental results show that the cyclic combustion variation of each cylinder increases and the consistency deteriorates;as the substitution rate increases,they decrease in the gas mode,although they are still higher than those in the diesel mode.The engine speed fluctuations increase with shorter switch-over durations.The engine was tested for a stable switch-over in 120 s and safely within 20%~80%of the rated load with the maximum speed fluctuation of about 5.7%by using the fuel mode switch-over fuel supply strategy,and no knocking or misfiring occurred during the switch-over process.
