摘  要:为了研究太根发射药气相燃烧过程中的物理化学过程,本文建立了气相化学反应的总包燃烧模型。通过与相关实验和文献结果比较,验证了所建模型及计算方法的准确性,并研究了不同太根含量、燃烧压力下气相火焰温度及各种组分质量分数分布特性。计算结果表明:当硝化棉质量分数固定为0.60,太根质量分数由0增加到0.40,火焰燃烧最终温度Tf由2965 K降低到2654 K,火焰厚度由2.04 mm增加到3.63 mm;在最终火焰区,CO质量分数由0.25升高到0.35,H2的质量分数由0.0047下降到0.0033,可燃气体整体质量分数含量增加。环境燃烧压力p由1.01 MPa增加到10.1 MPa,火焰最终温度几乎不变,火焰厚度由3.01 mm减小到0.88 mm。分析认为:随着太根含量的增加,火药燃烧温度降低,可燃气体质量分数增大;燃烧压力增加火药燃烧厚度明显减小,火焰最终温度基本不变。To investigate the physical and chemical combustion characteristics of the triethyleneglycol dinitrate(TEGDN)propellant gas region,a gas combustion model based on global kinetics is established.The accuracy of the combustion model and the calculation method are verified by comparing the numerical simulation results with the data in the literature.On this basis,the propellant combustion characteristics of the various nitroglycerin and TEGDN mass fractions are discussed in various pressure,respectively.The calculation results show that when the nitrocellulose mass fraction of the propellant is 0.60 constantly,increase the TEGDN mass fraction from 0 to 0.40;the end flame temperature decreases from 2965 K to 2654 K,and the flame thickness increases from 2.04 mm to 3.63 mm.In the end flame zone,increase the CO mass fraction from 0.25 to 0.35 and meanwhile decrease the H2 mass fraction from 0.0047 to 0.0033;the total flammable gas mass fraction increases.When the combustion pressure increases from 1.01 MPa to 10.1 MPa,the end temperature of the flame changes slightly,and the gas combustion thickness decreases from 3.01 mm to 0.88 mm.It is concluded from the analysis that with an increase in the TEGDN mass fraction,the end flame temperature decreases and the total flammable gas mass fraction increases;with an increase in combustion pressure,the flame combustion thickness decreases evidently,and the flame end temperature changes slightly.
