摘 要:针对现有自动化荧光磁粉探伤中磁痕图像无量化评价标准、磁悬液品质不稳定引起的探伤结果可靠性差等问题,本文依据磁痕图像特点提出了量化评价其质量的特征参数,结合磁悬液品质的变化特点,研究了铁磁性金属颗粒掺杂浓度对磁痕图像质量的影响,给出了磁悬液掺杂情况下的最优磁粉浓度和磁悬液品质的补偿关系式。设计了一套磁悬液品质测量与控制装置,实现了磁悬液品质的自动检测与补偿。实验结果表明:磁悬液掺杂情况下最优荧光磁粉浓度为5 mL/L,且磁粉浓度变动可控制在设定值的6%内,保证了探伤精度和磁痕图像质量,在荧光磁粉探伤的全面自动化中有较高的应用价值。Aiming at the poor reliability of crack detection results due to lack of quantitative evaluation standards for magnetic mark images and unstable quality of magnetic suspension during the current automated fluorescent magnetic particle inspection,we studied the influence of magnetic suspension quality and its measurement and the control device.The characteristic parameters for the quantitative evaluation of quality were proposed according to the characteristics of the magnetic trace image.Combined with the change characteristics of the quality of magnetic suspension,the influence of the impurity concentration of nonfluorescent ferromagnetic metal particles on the quality of magnetic mark images is studied,and the compensation relationship between the optimal magnetic powder concentration and magnetic suspension quality was obtained when there were impurities in the magnetic suspension.Finally,a set of magnetic suspension quality measurement and control system was designed for automatic detection of magnetic suspension quality.The experimental results show that the optimal fluorescent magnetic powder concentration is 5 mL/L when there are impurities in the magnetic suspension,and the variation of the magnetic powder concentration can be controlled within 6%of the set value,which ensures flaw detection accuracy and quality of the magnetic trace image.This study on quality inspection and measurement has a high application value in the overall automation of fluorescent magnetic particle inspection.
