摘 要:为满足冷镜式露点仪对斯特林制冷机的需求,开展了-100℃温区斯特林制冷机的研究,采用Sage进行了整机热力学设计与优化,并建立曲柄连杆机构的动平衡模型,优化整机振动水平。样机含散热器总重为2.35 kg,输入电功率45 W时,最低制冷温度为-156℃,在室内环境23℃时获得1.8 W@-100℃的制冷量。18台样机用于可靠性和MTTF验证并顺利通过。In order to meet the needs of the chilled-mirror dew point detector, the development of Stirling cooler working at-100 ℃ was carried out.The thermodynamic design and optimization were conducted by Sage software.A dynamic balance model of the crank connecting rod mechanism was established to optimize the vibration level.The integral rotary Stirling cooler was designed and prototyped for performance testing.The prototype has a cooling capacity of 1.8 W at-100 ℃ under ambient temperature of 23 ℃ and input electric power of 45 W.The lowest cooling temperature is-156 ℃, and the weight of the cooler including radiator is 2.35 kg.Total 18 prototypes were manufactured for reliability and MTTF verification and passed successfully.
