摘  要:EAST全超导托卡马克装置在实验过程中失超探测电压对地会有几千伏的高压,系统设计时要求失超探测器件能够承受10 kV的对地耐压,同时和后续控制系统有效隔离。原高压隔离光纤设备为V/F-F/V设计,在小信号测量和电压过零时噪声大,满足不了本系统的精度需求;另外原高压隔离光纤设备为纯模拟电路设计,无法实现信号的数字化处理,为此开发出一款基于FPGA的新型高压隔离光纤设备;同时为了安全可靠使用方便,还增加了过压过流防护和故障报警等功能。主要介绍新型高压隔离光纤设备的架构、控制、功能设计及性能提升后台面测试、实验测试结果。The quench detection voltage of EAST Tokamak can reach several thousand volts during plasma scenario.To ensure secure operation of quench detection system, the back-end controller directly touching with 10 kV high voltage is avoided by high-voltage fiber isolation-transmission.It cannot meet the accuracy requirements of quench detection because of the original high-voltage fiber isolation-transmission device using Voltage-to-Frequency(V/F) and Frequency-to-Voltage(F/V) converter, due to high-noise voltage especially for weak signal detection and voltage zero cross detection.Besides that, it is impossible to realize digital signal processing for the original device designed by analog circuits.For that reason, a FPGA-based high-voltage fiber isolation-transmission device was developed for EAST quench detection system, and the over-voltage and over-current protection as well as auto fault-alarming indication were added to ensure the safety, reliability and convenience.The design of architecture, control and function of the FPGA-based high-voltage fiber isolation-transmission were introduced, and implementation process of performance testing as well as experimental test results were provided.
