摘 要:为夏季高温工厂流水线工人设计一套调节自身微气候的液冷降温服。基于数值分析的方法,研究了质量流量、载冷液进口温度和环境温度对液冷服性能的影响。随后制作了样品进行实验验证,并开展了舒适性实验。结果表明:质量流量在60—120 kg/h时,进出口温度在2℃以内,液冷服均温性好;载冷液温度在20℃以上时,不出现过冷现象,人体舒适性高;制成的样品散热量115.17 W,满足了轻中度劳动者散热需求。A set of liquid cooling garment to adjust their microclimate for the assembly line workers of the factory in summer was designed. Based on the method of numerical analysis, the effects of mass flow rate, inlet temperature and ambient temperature on the performance of garment were studied. Then the samples were made for experimental verification and comfort experiments were carried out. The results show that when the mass flow rate takes 60-120 kg/h, the temperature difference of the inlet and outlet is within 2 ℃, the garment has good temperature uniformity;when the temperature of the carrier liquid takes above 20 ℃, there is no super-cooling phenomenon, and the humans feel comfortable;the cooling power of garment is 115.17 W, which meets the needs of light and moderate workers.
