摘 要:矸石充填开采是有效解放“三下”压煤的主要技术途径之一,其既可有效保护地表建(构)筑物,又能提高资源回收率,延长矿井服务年限,同时解决矿井排矸问题。为实现大采深厚煤层综采机械化矸石高效密实充填,文中以邢东矿综采机械化矸石充填开采工作面为例,结合对矸石充填体的力学试验,提出提高充填开采减沉效果的关键技术。通过优化矸石粒径级配、改进充填工艺、提高充填体强度等措施,实现综采机械化矸石充填规模化开采。Gangue filling mining was one of the main technical ways to liberate effectively the pressed coal“under three”.It could not only protect effectively the surface buildings,but also improve the resource recovery rate,extend the service life of the mine,and solve the problem of gangue discharge.In order to realize the high efficient and dense filling of comprehensive mechanized gangue in deep and thick coal seams,in this paper,taking the filling mining face with the comprehensive mechanized gangue in Xingdong Coal Mine as an example,combining with the mechanical test of the gangue filling body,the key technology was put forward to improve the effect of filling mining and reducing subsidence.Through optimizing the particle size distribution of gangue,improving the filling technology and increasing the strength of filling body,the large-scale filling mining with the comprehensive mechanized gangue was realized.
