摘  要:为实现济宁市太白湖区城市规划建设与济宁二号煤矿太白湖下压煤开采之间的协同发展,需要制定切实可行的湖下压煤开采设计方案。根据二号煤矿太白湖区域地表建(构)筑物的分布及其重要性,确定了各类建(构)筑物的保护目标及治理措施。根据煤柱留设结果及与政府达成的协议,确定了九、十三采区为开采方案设计范围。通过分析煤矿地质采矿条件,分别确定了九、十三采区的两种工作面布置开采方案,采用概率积分法对各开采方案进行了地表沉陷预计,并进行了开采损害影响分析。经方案综合评价,最终确定了优选方案。二号煤矿太白湖下压煤开采是城镇化背景下煤矿开采与城市规划建设相协调的有益尝试,可为类似条件矿区煤炭资源开采提供参考。In order to realize the coordinated development between the urban planning and construction of Taibaihu District in Jining City and the coal mining under Taibai Lake in Jining No.2 coal mine,it was necessary to formulate the feasible design scheme for the coal mining under the lake.According to the distribution and importance of the surface buildings(structures)in Taibai Lake area of No.2 coal mine,the protection objectives and the control measures of various buildings(structures)were determined.According to the results of the coal pillar setting and the agreement reached with the government,No.9 and No.13 mining areas were determined as the mining scheme design scope.Through the analysis of the geological and mining conditions of coal mine,two mining plans of the working face layout of No.9 and No.13 mining areas were determined respectively.Surface subsidence of each mining scheme was predicted by the probability integral method,and the mining damage impact was analyzed.After the comprehensive evaluation of the scheme,the optimal scheme was finally determined.Coal mining in No.2 coal mine under Taibai Lake was the beneficial attempt to coordinate the coal mining with urban planning and construction under the background of urbanization,which could provide the reference for the coal resource mining in similar mining areas.
