摘  要:随着社会经济的发展,生活水平逐渐提高,糖尿病和高血脂患者的数量不断增加。中医学把糖尿病归属"消渴"范畴,高脂血症属中医"痰湿""痰瘀"等范畴。糖尿病、高血脂症与脾胃功能失常密切相关,五谷杂粮是养生调脾的根本。苦荞、燕麦、玉米、豌豆、绿豆、大豆、花生、枸杞等均有不同程度的降糖降血脂作用,制作亦食亦药的烘焙食品,可适合糖尿病高血脂患者的应用需求。The number of patients with diabetes or hyperlipemia is increasing with the development of social economy and gradual improvement of living standards in recent years. Diabetes is classified as "Xiao Ke" in TCM(traditional Chinese medicine), while hyperlipidemia is in the category of "Tan Shi" or "Tan Yu". Diabetic or hyperlipemia is closely related to the dysfunction of spleen and stomach. Grains and coarse cereals are the foundation of health preservation and spleen regulating. Artary buckwheat,oats, corn, peas, mung beans, soybeans, peanuts, Chinese wolfberry have different degrees of hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic effects. It can meet the application needs of patients with diabetes or hyperlipidemia to make baking products with food and medicine.
