基于老年人心理行为特征的老年公寓交往空间设计策略研究

摘　　要：随着老年人口基数的增大,传统的居家养老模式已不能满足社会需求,老年公寓作为市场上接受度最高的老年建筑,不失为一种积极解决人口老龄化的方案。从交往与公共空间入手,探究环境与交往之间逻辑关系和相互作用。针对老年公寓的交往空间,分析老年人对老年公寓交往空间的特殊需求,结合老年群体的心理、行为特征,总结出四点基于老年人群心理、行为特征的老年公寓交往空间的环境设计策略和方法,为改善养老公寓空间环境提供积极参考,对创造良好的人居环境也具有重要的意义。With the increase of the elderly population base,the traditional homebased pension model can no longer meet the social needs.As the most accepted elderly building in the market,the elderly apartment can be regarded as a positive solution to the aging population.Starting from communication and public space,this paper explores the logical relationship and interaction between environment and communication.In view of the communication space of the elderly apartment,this paper analyzes the special needs of the elderly for the communication space in the apartment for the elderly.Combined with the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly group,it summarizes four environmental design strategies and methods for the communication space of the elderly apartment based on the psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly population,which provides positive reference for improving the space environment of the pension apartment and creating a good living environment Important significance.
