流域水污染治理技术及水质综合改善方案的研究

摘　　要：以水生态系统健康为标准的流域分管模式的建立,可明确健康流域水环境质量标准体系,应用流域水污染治理技术,实现流域水环境污染物总量控制。搭建污水拦污坝,可实现各河段水环境生物防护,并提出合理的水质综合改善方案,以期为改善流域水质,恢复生态文明建设发挥积极作用。The establishment of a river basin division model based on the health of aquatic ecosystems can clarify the water environment quality standard system for healthy river basins,apply river basin water pollution control technologies,and achieve total control of the total amount of water environmental pollutants in the river basin.The construction of sewage dams can realize the biological protection of the water environment of each river section,and give a reasonable comprehensive improvement plan for water quality,with a view to playing an active role in improving the water quality of the river basin and restoring the construction of ecological civilization.
