摘　　要：侦探在法律的灰色地带如何对待罪犯是侦探小说的经典命题。在面对兼具道德和非道德属性的伦理境遇时,侦探即陷入了伦理选择的两难处境。阿加莎·克里斯蒂的小说对伦理两难的书写方式有别于其他作家,在侦探小说发展史上具有典型意义。相较于古典侦探所具有的天然的道德优势和既定的善的立场,克里斯蒂笔下的波洛面临着极其复杂的伦理选择和伦理困境,反映了可量化衡量的理性与人性变量的伦理悖论。在道德正义与法律正义的两难困境中,伦理命题挣脱通俗小说的外壳出场,揭示出更复杂、更鲜活、也更具开放性的生活本质。作为黄金时代最后的辉煌,克里斯蒂对伦理困境的两难书写也揭示了侦探小说内部的分野和未来的发展方向。When Agatha Christie built up the golden age of detective novels with exquisite ideas and moral teachings,she distinguished her works from those popular stereotypes.What detectives should do with criminals in the gray area of the law leads to a classic moral problem.When faced with choices which are ethical and non-ethical at the same time,detectives are caught in a dilemma.Christie’s writing about this ethical dilemma is unique and the ethical choices involved are more complicated.Her accounts of ethical predicament and its definition extend to the complexity,vivacity and multiplicity of authentic life.As the last glory of the golden age,Christie also reveals the internal division and the future of detective novels.
