摘　　要：阐述了单一来源采购的适用情形,介绍了单一来源采购方式的性质及其与公开招标两者之间的内在联系,分析了单一来源采购方式实施的困难和医疗设备采购的难度与风险。提出了采购者应基于实事求是的原则选择采购方式以及建立健全医疗设备调研数据库的建议,以进一步增加采购调研的全面性和严谨性,为提高医疗设备采购调研效率提供可靠依据。The applicability of single-source procurement was described,and the nature of single-source procurement mode and its intrinsic relation with open bidding were introduced.The difficulties of single-source procurement were analyzed,and then the difficulties and risks of medical equipment procurement were explored.The purchasers were suggested to choose the procurement mode based on the principle of pragmatism and establish and complete medical equipment database so as to enhance medical equipment procurement survey in comprehensiveness,rigorousness and effectiveness.
