摘　　要：介绍了影像组学的概念及工作流程,综述了影像组学在头颈部肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断、风险分层、疗效与副反应预测、基因表型预测等方面的研究进展,指出了影像组学对头颈部肿瘤的精准诊断和预后判断具有重要意义。分析了头颈部肿瘤影像组学研究的不足,并展望了未来头颈部肿瘤影像组学的研究方向。Radiomics had its concept and workflow introduced,whose research progresses for diagnosing and treating head and neck tumors were reviewed in diagnosis and differential diagnosis,risk stratification,prediction of efficacy and side effects,genotype prediction and etc.It's pointed out radiomics was of significance for the precision diagnosis and prognosis determination of head and neck tumors.The deficiencies and future direction of radiomics for head and neck tumors were explored.
