摘 要:以上海某污染地块为例,开展地块土壤污染状况初步调查、详细调查以及风险评估工作。参考《上海市建设用地土壤污染状况调查、风险评估、风险管控与修复方案编制、风险管控与修复效果评估工作的补充规定》以及《建设用地土壤污染风险评估技术导则》,建立"污染源-途径-受体"的暴露途径概念模型。经对该地块土壤污染风险评估计算,结果表明:在第二类用地情景下,土壤采样点(S2-1、S3-1、S4-3、S7-1、S9-1、XS3-1)的关注污染物六价铬对地块内受体的致癌风险值超过可接受值10-6。Taking a contaminated plot in Shanghai as an example, a preliminary investigation, detailed investigation and risk assessment of the soil pollution status of the plot were carried out. With reference to the "Supplementary Provisions on the Investigation of the Status of Soil Contamination of Construction Land in Shanghai, Risk Assessment, Risk Control and Remediation Plan Compilation, Risk Management and Control and Remediation Effect Evaluation Work" and the "Technical Guidelines for Soil Pollution Risk Assessment of Construction Land",the conceptual model of "pollution-path-receptor" exposure pathway was established. The soil pollution risk assessment and calculation of this plot show that in the second type of land use scenario, the carcinogenic risk value of the concerned pollutant chromium(Ⅵ) in the soil sampling points(S2-1, S3-1, S4-3, S7-1, S9-1, XS3-1) to the receptors in the plot exceeds the acceptable value of 10-6.
