摘 要:电网设备带电监测是指在设备运行状态下通过检测及监测装置直接获取设备状态信息,从而对设备健康状况进行科学判断。与传统巡检和停电试验相比,带电监测在发现设备潜伏性隐患方面具有显著优势,本文针对常见的配网避雷器,对其性能及常见故障进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了基于带电监测的三种联合状态诊断方法,通过实际现场案例,对配网避雷器进行了运行电压下交流泄漏电流、红外测温以及在线监测数据的综合试验分析,并结合停电试验数据进一步验证,试验数据显示,该避雷器存在缺陷,在对避雷器进行解体后,发现内部的确存在缺陷,进一步证实了运行电压下交流泄漏电流、红外测温以及在线监测数据联合诊断方法,能够及时发现避雷器内部绝缘缺陷。Live-line Monitoring for Power Grid Equipment is to obtain the device status information directly with detection device and monitoring device under the situation of non-stopping power,so as to scientific judgment the equipment health.Compared with traditional patrol inspection and power failure test,live monitoring has significant advantages in detecting potential hidden dangers of equipment.Based on the analysis of the performance and common faults in the distribution network arresters,this paper proposes three joint state diagnosis methods based on live monitoring.In the actual case,the comprehensive test and analysis of AC lea kAge current under the operating voltage,infrared temperature measurement,on-line monitoring data and power failure test data of distribution network arrester are carried out.Test data show that the arrester has defects.After the disassembly of the arrester,there are some defects in the arrester indeed.It is further confirmed that joint the AC lea kAge current,infrared temperature measurement and online monitoring data under the operating voltage can timely find the internal insulation defects of the arrester.
