摘　　要：近年来,我国医患关系形势不容乐观,伤医事件频发,甚至严重危害正常诊疗秩序,其原因是多方面的。文章从PEST分析模式出发,从政治法律、经济、社会文化、管理技术4个方面分析医患关系的现状及存在的问题,为构建和谐医患关系寻求对策:完善相关法律法规,深化医疗保障制度改革;建立社会信用体系建设,加强失信惩戒;加强医学人文培训,提高医务人员职业素养;正确利用新媒体,共谱医患和谐篇章。In recent years,the doctor-patient relationship in China is not optimistic,with frequently happened medical injury,which even has caused serious damage to normal medical order.Starting from the PEST analysis model,the status and existing problems of doctor-patient relationship were analyzed from four aspects of politics and law,economy,social culture and management technology,which can provide countermeasures to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,such as perfecting the relevant laws and regulations,improving the medical and health care system,establishing the social credit system construction,strengthening the punishment of breach of trust,strengthening medical humanities training,improving the professional quality of medical personnel,and rationally using new media.
