摘　　要：目的:分析当前跨学科合作的现状和问题,尝试构建医务社会工作整合服务模式,并提出融入路径。方法:利用解释现象学分析方法,通过半结构式访谈和参与式观察获取数据。结果:跨学科合作存在过度精细化诊疗与资源配置不均衡、专业界限阻碍发展和政策模糊空白的局面;医务社会工作的“社会性”“整合性”本质与跨学科医疗合作理念契合,并是实践的重要力量、边界扳手。结论:构建医务社会工作整合服务模式,通过跨学科知识共享机制、自身专业化发展和社区为本的优化路径,实现整合模式的建构,促进健康目标的实现。Objective To analyze the status and problems of interdisciplinary cooperation,construct the integrated service model of medical social work,and put forward the applicable integration approaches.Methods The method of interpretative phenomenology was employed.Data was obtained by semi-structured interview and participatory observation.Results There had some problems in the interdisciplinary cooperation,such as excessive delicacy diagnosis and treatment,unbalanced resource allocation,professional boundary hindrance,and indefinite policies.The essence of"sociality"and integrationof medical social work is consistent with the concept of interdisciplinary medical cooperation,which is an important force in the professional practice.Conclusion The integrated medical social work model can be constructed by interdisciplinary knowledge sharing mechanism,professional development and community—oriented practice approach.
