摘　　要：针对目前全自动工业洗衣机的运行控制可靠性等问题进行研究,提出了一种以基于PLC、变频器的控制系统设计。该控制系统采用西门子S7-200CPU224型PLC为核心控制器,通过与变频器、工业触摸屏三者相互配合,实现了对全自动工业洗衣机的运行控制、操作以及监控等功能。详述了该系统的硬件设计、选型以及软件编程、组态的建立。通过对控制系统进行实际运行,验证系统的各项功能,该全自动工业洗衣机的控制系统能够完全满足运行要求,可靠性、操作的灵活性等方面均有所提高。Aiming at researching the problems of operating control reliability of automatic industrial washing machine,a control system based on PLC、frequency converter is proposed.The control system adopts Siemens S7-200 CPU224 PLC as the core controller,and cooperates with the inverter and industrial touch screen to realize the functions of operation control,operation and monitoring of the fully automatic industrial washing machine.Details the hardware design,selection and software programming and configuration of the system.Through functional verification,the control system of this fully automatic industrial washing machine can fully meet the running requirements,and the reliability and flexibility of operation have been improved.
