摘 要:测控系统属于复杂的电子信息装备,广泛服务于我国航天器测控任务,测控天线是测控系统的重要组成部分,维护难度大,保障要求高。在国内外装备一体化维护保障系统和天线设备的维护现状的基础上,对测控天线一体化维护保障系统的需求进行了分析,结合测控天线设备健康管理系统的功能设计、工作流程、运行模式、关键技术的实现,提出了利用分布式健康管理系统结合中心集中管理和信息化服务,提供基于测控天线故障诊断与评估、状态预测、维护策略指导以及设备全生命周期管理等功能的一体化维护保障系统的建设思路,并以某测站设备为管理对象,通过建立测控天线设备健康管理系统及中心管理应用平台,对系统功能、信息交互和运行模式在工程中进行了初步的实践应用。TT&C system is a complex electronic information equipment,which widely serves various spacecraft TT&C missions in China.As an important part of the system,TT&C antenna is difficult to maintain and support.Based on the status quo of the integrated maintenance system of equipment and antenna equipment at home and abroad,analyzes the requirements of the integrated maintenance and support system of TT&C antenna.With the discussion that the design and realization of the function,operation mode and workflow and realization of key technologies of the health management system for the TT&C antenna equipment,a architecture is proposed that an integrated maintenance and guarantee system formed by a number of health management system placed in station distributed and central management system which provide information services.The health management system in station can provide the health level of antenna by fault diagnosis and evaluating and prediction and the central management system has the ability to manage all the antenna equipment information from those station distributed and provide integrated maintenance and PLM service.Through the establishment of TT&C antenna equipment health management system and center management application platform,the system function,information interaction and operation mode has carried on the preliminary practice application in engineering.
