摘　　要：随着气象现代化事业的快速发展,我国已建立完善的自动气象站观测网,实时地监测着全国的气象观测数据。自动气象站是一种自动采集温度、湿度、风向风速、气压及雨量等多种气象要素的仪器,主要由气象要素传感器和数据采集器构成,传感器通过线缆连接到采集器,进行数据采样及处理后得到气象要素值。传感器接入采集器的多芯线缆通常穿在PVC管中,由于受鼠害、腐蚀、高低温环境因素等影响,线缆线芯在使用过程中会发生断路和短路故障。目前自动站线缆故障检测主要是使用万用表的通断测量模式对线缆线芯逐一测试,该方法存在检测效率低且不能定位故障位置等问题。针对上述情况,研究并设计一种对线缆线芯进行快速故障诊断和定位线缆故障位置的仪器,可为线缆故障修复节省时间,对自动站的维修保障具有重要价值。With the rapid development of meteorological modernization,our country has established a complete automatic weather station observation network,monitoring meteorological observation data that covering the whole country in realtime.Automatic weather station is an instrument that can automatically collect various meteorological elements,such as temperature,humidity,wind direction and wind speed,air pressure and rainfall.It is mainly composed of meteorological element sensors and data collector,the sensors connect with the collector through cables,then the collector carries out data sampling and data processing,to get the value of meteorological elements.The multi-core cables that connect the sensors to the collector are usually worn in PVC pipes,owing to the effects of rodent damage,corrosion,high and cold temperature environmental factors,the cable cores will have open circuit and short circuit faults during using process.At present,the automatic weather station’s cable fault detection mainly adopts the universal meter’s on-off measurement mode to test each core of the cable one by one,but this method has some problems,such as low detection efficiency and inability to locate the fault location.For the above situation,research and design an instrument for rapid fault diagnosis and locating the position of cable faults,can save time for the repair of cable faults,and it is of great value to the maintenance and support of automatic weather station.
