长春长生疫苗事件公众认知网络调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析公众对长春长生疫苗事件的认知和看法,为类似事件处置提供参考。方法通过问卷网平台自主填写问卷;采用X^(2)检验进行率的比较,将单因素分析有统计学意义的自变量纳入模型,对结局变量进行多因素logistic回归分析。结果受访者对疫苗事件的正确知晓率为59.3%,曾经通过微博或微信对事件信息进行点赞、评论或转发的受访人群显著高于未点赞、评论或转发组(P=0.003)。公众对疫苗的生产厂家和批次、不良反应、有效期等信息更加关注。结论今后出现类似事件时,相关部门应充分利用手机及互联网媒介,提高公众正确知晓率;应重视儿童监护人及文化程度较高人群,最大限度规避危机事件对疫苗接种工作的负面影响。Objective To survey and analyze the public’s cognition and opinion on Changchun Changsheng vaccine event,and to provide reference for the similar event handling.Methods The questionnaire was filled independently by respondents through the questionnaire network platform.The Chi-square test was used to compare the rates;the independent variables that showed statistical significance in univariate analysis were included in the model,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed on the outcome variables.Results The correct awareness rate of Changsheng vaccine incident was 59.3%.The rate of the respondents who had made thumb up,commented or forwarded the event information through Weibo or We Chat was significantly higher than the respondents who did not(P=0.003).After the incident,the public paid more attention to the manufacturers and batches of vaccines,the adverse reactions,and whether it was within its validity period.Conclusion When similar incidents occur in the future,relevant departments should make full use of mobile phones and internet media,improve the public’s correct awareness rate.It is necessary to pay more attention to guardians of children and people with higher education,and minimize the negative impact of the event on the vaccination work.
