广州市健康村干预后居民健康知识、行为与技能分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市健康村干预后居民健康知识、行为和技能现况,评估创建效果并指导下一步工作。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法,从广州市5个首批健康村中抽取496名居民进行问卷调查。结果干预后广州市健康村居民掌握健康知识、行为与技能的人数比例为64.52%。女性掌握健康知识、行为与技能的人数比例(73.57%)高于男性(56.88%)。随着年龄的增长,掌握健康知识、行为与技能的人数比例递增(χ^(2)=12.253,P=0.002)。传染病预防类题目答对率最高(91.03%);基本医疗类、慢性病预防类题目答对率偏低(分别为70.67%和69.86%)。结论健康村居民健康素养得到提高,工作效果明显。不同人口学特征居民的健康知识、行为与技能总体水平有差异。各类健康问题的答对率差异较大,慢病防治与基本医疗相关知识较为薄弱,建议加强慢病防治、基本医疗的健康教育。Objective To understand the status of health knowledge,behaviors and skills of residents after the intervention in health villages of Guangzhou City,and evaluate the construction effeciency to guide the further work.Methods A total of 496 residents were selected with random sampling to undergo a survey in health villages of Guangzhou City.Results After the intervention,proportion the of people who grasp health knowledge,behavior and skill is 64.52%.The number of women who grasp health knowledge,behavior and skill is 73.57%,which is higher than 56.88%of men.With the increase of age,the number of people who grasp health knowledge,behavior and skill increases gradually(χ^(2)=12.253,P=0.002).The correct rate of infectious disease prevention was the best(91.03%).The correct rate of basic medical care and chronic disease prevention were relatively low(70.67%and 69.86%).Conclusion Health literacy of health residents has improved,and the work efficiency is obvious.There is difference in health knowledge,behaviors and skills of resident of different demographic characteristics.There is great difference in all health problems,and the chronic disease and basic health care related knowledge are weak.It is suggested to strengthen chronic disease prevention and control,basic medicine and health education.
