摘　　要：以枯草芽孢杆菌、腮腺炎病毒和肠道病毒为指示菌/毒株对高等级生物安全实验室淋浴系统的消毒效果进行验证,评价化学淋浴系统的运行程序。结果显示,采用消毒淋浴(2min)—暴露维持(1min)—清水淋浴(3min)和全程进行涂擦洗刷的化学淋浴程序能够有效地杀灭指示菌和指示病毒。该研究可为保证高等级生物安全实验室的化学淋浴系统安全可靠运行提供数据支持。As the indicator,bacteria/virus strain,bacillus subtilis,mumps virus and enterovirus are used to verify the disinfection effect of shower system of high-level biosafety laboratory,and evaluate the operation procedure of chemical shower system.The results show that disinfection shower(2 min)-exposure maintaining(1 min)-clear water shower(3 min)and full scrubbing and brushing can effectively kill the indicator bacteria and virus.This study can provide data support for guaranteeing the safe and reliable operation of chemical shower system in high-level biosafety laboratory.
