新冠肺炎期间监狱疫情防控舆情监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析讨论监狱热点舆情及比较《监狱新冠肺炎防控技术方案》发布后的舆论变化,了解公众需求,为开展疫情防控及公众科普提供依据。方法利用“监狱”“疫情”“传播”“感染”等关键词,筛选网络平台的舆情信息,通过分析,获取媒体主流观点及网民主要态度。结果山东、浙江及湖北等多地监狱感染疫情后,监狱疫情及防护的关注热度持续处于高位,媒体和公众参与度较高,公众针对疫情期间监狱安全状况存在较多疑问。《监狱新冠肺炎防控技术方案》(下称《方案》)印发后,引发阶段性舆论高峰。结论在公共卫生事件发生时,要持续开展舆情监测,建立日常监测与分析机制,不断提升媒体应对能力,充分发挥其对舆论的积极引导作用。Objective By analyzing the hotspot public opinion and the comparison of pubic opinion changes after the issue of Technical Plan for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in Prisons,to understand the public demand,in order to provide references for the epidemic prevention and control and public popularization of science.Methods By using keywords,such as"prison""epidemic""transmission"and"infection",public opinion information of the network platform was screened.Through analysis,media main stream opinion and the main attitudes of netizens are obtained.Results After the outbreak of the epidemic in prisons in Shandong,Zhejiang,Hubei and other provinces,the epidemic situation and protection in prisons became the hotspots of public opinions."Epidemic prevention management in prisons"once became a highly sensitive topic,which drew so many public attentions.And there were many questions about the prison security during the epidemic period.The releasing of Technical Plan for COVID-19 Prevention and Control in Prisons has triggered a peak of public concerns and received wide social recognition.Conclusion In order to improve the ability of response public concerns and make a positive role in guiding public opinions,it is necessary to carry out public opinion monitoring and analysis mechanism,continuously improve the media corresponding ability,and fully play the active guidance for the public opinions.
