摘　　要：特色小镇项目具有投资量巨大、时间长且短时间不易见效的投资特点,因此基于变精度粗糙集进行指标筛选,从收益和风险两方面构建特色小镇融资项目决策指标体系,通过动态幂加权几何平均算子集结各备选方案时间点评价信息,从而得到待评价项目综合函数值,继而得以对评价方案进行排序择优.通过运用该模型对丽水古堰画乡小镇项目进行实证分析,得出最优融资项目运营模式,以期为特色小镇融资项目模式决策提供参考.The characteristic town project is featured by huge investment,long duration and little effect visible in a short period of time.Therefore,this paper uses variable precision rough set to screen the indicators,and construct the decision index system of the characteristic town financing project from the two aspects of income and risk,and gathers the time evaluation information of each alternative scheme through dynamic power plus weighted geometric averaging operator,thereby to obtain the comprehensive function value of the item to be evaluated,and then sort and select the best evaluation schemes.Through the application of this model to empirical analysis of the Lishui ancient painting township project,the optimal financing project operation mode is obtained,in order to provide reference for the decision-making of the characteristic town financing project model.
