摘　　要：目的:系统对比64层螺旋CT肺静脉-左心房扫描的两种方法,以期为房颤患者的临床诊疗提供理论指导及参考借鉴。方法:选取2018年12月至2020年12月收治于我院的射频消融前常规进行双侧肺静脉-左心房造影患者58例作为研究对象,严格遵循随机抽样原则分为干预组29例以及对照组29例,其中干预组患者行冠脉法肺静脉-左心房CTV,对照组患者行监测法肺静脉-左心房CTV,通过对比两组患者的影像学图片质量,以期系统评估使用64层螺旋CT行冠脉法肺静脉-左心房CTV扫描的临床应用价值。结果:干预组患者图像质量优17例,良12例,差0例,图像质量合格率为100%(29/29);对照组患者图像质量优6例,良10例,差13例,图像质量合格率为55.2%(16/29),两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与监测法肺静脉-左心房CTV相比,冠脉法肺静脉-左心房CTV能显著提高影像图片质量,有利于观察肺静脉-左心房扫描解剖结构的显示,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To compare the two methods of using 64-slice spiral CT for pulmonary vein-left atrium scan systematically,so as to provide theoretical guidance and references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods:58 patients receiving bilateral pulmonary vein-left atrium scan radiography before the radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected,and evenly divided into two groups according to the random sampling principle,including the intervention group and control group.Specifically,coronary artery method pulmonary vein-left atrium CTV was given to patients in the intervention group,and monitoring method pulmonary vein-left atrium CTV was given to patients in the control group.The imaging quality of two groups of patients was compared in order to systematically evaluate the clinical application value of 64-slice spiral CT for the coronary artery method pulmonary vein-left atrium scan.Results:the imaging quality of 17 patients in the intervention group was excellent,that of 12 was good,and the qualification rate of imaging was 100%(29/29);the imaging quality of 6 patients in the control group was excellent,that of 10 patients was good,and that of 13 patients was poor,and the qualification rate was 55.2%(16/29).Differences between two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with the monitoring method pulmonary vein-left atrium CTV,the coronary artery method pulmonary vein-left atrium CTV can improve the imaging quality significantly,and help observe the anatomical structure of pulmonary vein-left atrium,which is of great clinical application value.
