摘  要:在医院临床治疗中,癌症患者的数量不断增加,放射治疗的运用越来越广泛,也被许多患者所接受。因癌症患者的病情复杂,临床需要对患者进行放射学相关的诊断检查以明确诊断,从而为患者提供合理的治疗措施。在诊断检查期间,放射线对患者和放射诊断检查人员均产生辐射,因此会对接触放射线的人员的身体健康产生一定影响。为了降低放射线对患者以及医疗人员产生的损伤,减少职业病的发病率,医院提出了放射卫生防护措施,并通过现场防护质量检测,规范了放射线的操作标准,提高了放射卫生防护现场质量。本文从医用设备放射卫生防护检测、检测人员质量控制、医院放射治疗质量管理、检测人员对仪器设备质量控制及现场检测质量5个方面进行综述,为放射卫生防护提供参考。In the clinical treatment of hospitals,the number of cancer patients is increasing,the use of radiation therapy is more and more extensive,which has also been accepted by many patients.Because the condition of cancer patients is complex,it is necessary to carry out radiology related diagnostic examination to make a clear diagnosis,so as to provide reasonable treatment measures for patients.During the diagnostic examination,radiation will produce radiation to both patients and diagnostic radiologists,so it will have a certain impact on the health of presonnel exposed to radiation.In order to reduce the damage caused by radiation to patients and medical personnel,and reduce the incidence rate of occupational diseases,the hospital has proposed radiation health protection measures,and has passed the on-site detection of protective quality,standardized the operation standards of radiation,and improved the quality of radiation protection.This paper reviewes five aspects,including medical equipment radiation health protection testing,quality control of testing personnel,hospital radiotherapy management,quality control of equipment and on-site testing by testing personnel,in order to provide reference for radiation ealth protection.
