苓桂剂在危重症中的应用

摘　　要："燕京伤寒流派"是国家中医药管理局命名的全国53家中医学术流派之一。该流派以《伤寒杂病论》的辨证论治和理法方药为研究主题,并以继承和发扬"伤寒泰斗"刘渡舟教授的临床经验以及学术思想为宗旨,其学术地位和社会影响受到医界同仁的一致认可。苓桂剂是"燕京刘氏伤寒流派"的重要学术思想,可代表一类汤剂。临床上主要是以苓桂术甘汤、苓桂甘枣汤、苓桂姜甘汤、五苓散、桂苓五味甘草汤、茯苓泽泻汤、苓桂杏甘汤、苓桂杏苡汤、苓桂芥甘汤、苓桂茜红汤、苓桂龙牡汤为代表。经多年临床经验证明,苓桂剂具有较好的临床疗效,尤其对心力衰竭、心律失常、毛细血管渗漏综合征、呼吸衰竭、肾功能衰竭的治疗。现将苓桂剂在危重症方面的临床应用进行总结和归纳,继承和发展传统经方的精髓,为今后的临床应用提供可靠依据。"Yanjing typhoid school" is one of the 53 academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine named by the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine.This school takes the syndrome differentiation and treatment of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases as the research theme,and inherits and carries "Typhoid leader",Professor Liu Duzhou’s clinical experience and academic thought as the purpose,whose academic status and social influence are unanimously recognized by medical colleagues.Linggui Decoction is an important academic thought of "Yanjing Liu’s typhoid school",which can represent a kind of decoction.Clinically,Linggui Zhugan Decoction,Linggui Ganzao Decoction,Linggui Jianggan Decoction,Wuling Powder,Guiling Wuwei Gancao Decoction,Fuling Zexie Decoction,Linggui Xinggan Decoction,Linggui Xingyi Decoction,Linggui Jiegan Decoction,Linggui Xihong Decoction and Linggui Longmu Decoction are the representatives.After many years of clinical experience has proved that Linggui Decoction has good clinical efficacy,especially in the treatment of heart failure,arrhythmia,capillary leakage syndrome,respiratory failure,renal failure.This article summarizes the clinical application of Linggui Decoction in critically ill patients,inherits and develops the essence of traditional classical prescriptions,so as to provide reliable basis for clinical application in the future.
