摘  要:针对传统吡啶碱生产装置进料分布器结焦问题,提出新型的提升管-床层耦合反应器。为进一步指导该反应器的工业化放大,需对其关键进料区域进行实验研究。通过大型冷态实验测量新型耦合反应器关键进料区域内颗粒相的流动行为。实验结果表明,喷嘴射流的存在使得耦合反应器进料区域的流动行为变得复杂;在进料喷嘴和预提升分布环之间存在密相区域,该区域催化剂浓度较高,原料浓度较低,与典型的鼓泡流化床具有类似的流动特性;在射流引入点附近存在喷嘴射流影响区,对应原料浓度较高,催化剂浓度较低,是结焦发生的主要区域;在射流以上存在快速流动区域,对应流动结构呈现出典型的快速床流动结构,返混较低,能够有效提高吡啶碱的选择性。In order to solve the feeding device coking problem in pyridine synthesis reactor,a novel riser-bed coupled fluidized bed reactor was proposed.For further commercialization of this coupled reactor,investigation regarding the key feeding injection section were required.Large scale cold-mode experiments were carried out to obtain the flow behavior in the key injection zones of the novel coupled fluidized bed reactor.Experiments results show that the nozzle jet makes the flow structure more complex in the feed injection zones.In the region between the prelift ring and the feed nozzles,the catalysts concentration is high and has an uniform distribution along radial direction,which has similar flow behavior as bubbling fluidized bed.In the nozzle jet influence region,the catalysts concentration is low and the reactants concentration is high where the coking process taken place.In the region above the nozzle jet,the flow structure is typical core-annulus shape,similar to that of a fast fluidization bed.In this region,the back mixing is low and high reaction selectivity is guaranteed.
