摘  要:机械破碎方法因摩擦、挤压作用而极易损坏纤维状黏土矿物的纤维结构,为解决该问题,本文中提出一种全新的纤维状黏土矿物破碎方法——温压瞬变破碎法。高温高压下的格里菲斯强度理论以及蒸汽爆裂技术为该方法的理论基础,通过选取海泡石为原材料设计试验验证了该方法的可行性。结果表明:这种破碎方法能够保存海泡石的纤维结构;随着压力容器设定压力值的增大,海泡石矿石的破碎效果更加显著,破碎后的小粒径海泡石颗粒占比也明显提高。The mechanical crushing method is easy to damage the fiber structure of fibrous clay minerals due to friction and extrusion.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a new method for crushing fibrous clay minerals,namely,crushing using transient temperature and pressure change.The use of the Griffith’s strength theory under high-temperature,high-pressure,and dry saturated steam explosion improvesthe theoretical basis of the method,the feasibility of this method is verified by the design test of sepiolite as raw material.The results from the experiment show that this method can preserve its fiber structure.As the set pressure of the pressure vessel increases,the sepiolite ore is increasingly crushed into a fine power,and the precision of the crushed mineral powder also increases.
