摘 要:利用差示扫描量热仪对塑料新料和再生料进行测试,建立了快速鉴别塑料新料和再生料的定性方法。对于单一组分再生料,建立了定量测定再生料含量的分析方法,实现了再生料含量的准确定量计算。对于双组分再生料,建立了定量测定各组分含量的分析方法,并与采用高分辨热重(TG)技术测定的双组分再生料各组分含量进行比较,发现二者之间差异小于4%,说明建立的方法可实现双组分再生料中各组分含量的准确定量计算。Differential scanning calorimeter was used to test virgin plastics and recycled plastics,and a qualitative method was established to quickly identify virgin plastics and recycled plastics.As to single-component recycled plastics,an analysis method for quantitative determination of recycled materials was established,which realized the accurate quantitative calculation of recycled materials content.As to two-component recycled plastics,an analysis method was established to determine the content of each component.Compared with the content of each component of the two-component recycled materials measured by high-resolution thermogravimetry(TG),it was found that the difference between the two methods was less than 4%,indicating that the method could realize accurate quantitative calculation of the content of each component in the two-component recycled plastics.
