摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人白素-11(rhIL-11)致毛细血管渗漏综合征(CLS)的处置措施,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法:分析1例宫颈癌患者因血小板降低,使用rhIL-11致CLS的诊疗经过,结合文献检索,分析rhIL-11致CLS的机制及应对措施。结果:患者使用rhIL-11四天后出现胸闷,下肢水肿,体重增加,临床药师建议停用rhIL-11,换用重组人血小板生成素,同时给予羟乙基淀粉、地塞米松,在密切监护下补液,间断性给予呋噻米利尿。结论:HPV阳性宫颈癌使用多西他赛化疗方案导致的血小板减少症,给予rhIL-11时需严密观察患者情况,一旦患者出现水肿,医务人员必须高度警惕,立即停用,并给予相应的处理,排除是否出现CLS。Objective:To explore the treatment of capillary leakage syndrome(CLS)caused by rhIL-11,so as to provide a reference for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods:The diagnosis and treatment of one case of cervical cancer with CLS caused by the use of rhIL-11 due to decreased platelets were analyzed.Combined with literature retrieval,the mechanism and countermeasures of rhIL-11 caused CLS were analyzed.Results:Four days after taking rhIL-11,the patient developed chest distress,lower limb edema and weight gain.The clinical pharmacist suggested that rhIL-11 should be discontinued and replaced with recombinant human thrombopoietin.Hydroxyethyl starch and dexamethasone should also be given.Rehydration should be done under close supervision and furotimide diuretics be given intermittently.Conclusion:For the thrombocytopenia caused by the use of docetaxel chemotherapy for HPV positive cervical cancer,the patient's condition should be closely observed when the patient is given rhIL-11.Once the patient has edema,the medical staff must be highly vigilant,stop rhIL-11 immediately,and give corresponding treatment to exclude the presence of CLS.
