摘  要:针对我国寒区蕴藏的丰富的室外自然冷源,本文设计了一套基于分离式热管技术的智能节能通风系统装置,并由此进行了系统供冷性能和节能效果的实验研究。本文探讨了不同因素如室内外温差、制冷剂充注率、风机风量等对分离式热管系统的作用规律,对分离式热管系统的合理设计有一定的技术参考价值;为达到智能节能的目的,本文分析并确定了分离式热管系统与空调系统联合运行的切换条件及风机风量随温差的智能控制策略。实验结果表明,智能节能通风系统相比单独运行的空调系统在寒区应用具备更大的节能优势。In view of the abundant outdoor natural cooling source in the cold region of China,a set of intelligent energy-saving ventilation system based on the technology of separated heat pipe was designed in this paper,and the experimental research on the refrigerating performance and energy-saving effect of the system was carried out.In this paper,the effects of different factors such as temperature difference between indoor and outdoor,refrigerant charging rate and fan air volume on the separated heat pipe system are discussed,which have certain technical referencial value for the reasonable design of the separated heat pipe system.In order to achieve the purpose of intelligent energy-saving,this paper analyzes and determines the switching conditions of the joint operation of the separated heat pipe system,air conditioning system and the intelligent control strategy of fan air volume with temperature differences.The experimental results show that the intelligent energy-saving ventilation system has more energy-saving advantages than the air-conditioning system running alone in cold regions.
