摘 要:机组深度调峰运行下存在着较大的节能潜力,本文对某330 MW亚临界机组开展深度调峰运行优化研究工作。通过摸底特性试验对机组深度调峰进行了安全性评估及能耗诊断,分析了制约机组经济性的主要因素以及造成中压缸抽汽口上下缸温差过大的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。通过汽轮机配汽方式的优化,以及单汽泵运行的可行性和经济性研究。结果表明:若有效处置中压缸体上位于抽汽处的两个半缸体存在大温变梯度的问题,可以在深度调峰时采用喷嘴配汽模式,能降低供电煤耗2.34~9.40 g/kWh;若采用单汽泵运行方式,能降低供电煤耗0.41~2.18 g/kWh。There is great energy saving potential in deep peaking operation,by taking the 330 MW subcritical unit as the research object,the deep peaking operation is optimized.The safety evaluation and energy consumption diagnosis of the unit are carried out through experiments,and the main factors that restrict the economy are analyzed.The reason of large temperature difference between upper and lower cylinder at the suction port of medium pressure cylinder is analyzed,and the solving measures are put forward with the optimization of steam distribution of turbine,and the feasibility and economy study of single feed pump operation.The results show that,under the premise of solving the large temperature difference problem between the upper and lower cylinders,the coal consumption of power supply can be reduced by 2.34~9.40 g/kWh through using steam distribution of the nozzle.The coal consumption of power supply also can be reduced by 0.41~2.18 g/kWh through using single feed pump operation.
