摘  要:光学树脂由于其优越的光学性能,其在光学领域中应用的范围在不断地扩大。光学镜片作为光学树脂只要应用之一,在使用过程中需要对光学镜片进行清洗维护。本文通过选取碳酸二甲酯、二价酸酯、四氢呋喃等物质作为清洗剂主要成分,先通过控制单因素法,设置梯度实验选取最佳的溶剂配比范围,然后通过正交实验,得出清洗效果最佳的配比为:四氢呋喃32.5%,碳酸二甲酯15.2%,二价酸酯13.5%,甲醇33.5%,氢氧化钠7.8%。Because of the superior optical properties ofoptical resin,its application in the field of optics is constantly expanding,gradually replacing some traditional optical materials such as glass lenses.Optical lenses,as one of the applications of optical resins,need to be cleaned and maintainedin the process of use due to static electricity and the impact of the use of the environment.By selecting dimethyl carbonate,dibasic esters,tetrahydrofuran and other substances with less damage to resin lenses as the main component of cleaning agent,through the control of single-factor method,the gradient test was setto choose the best solvent ratio range,and then through orthogonal experiments,the best cleaning effectratio was studied as follows:tetrahydrofuran 32.5%,dimethyl carbonate 15.2%,divalent acid ester 13.5%,methanol 33.5%,sodium hydroxide 7.8%.
