摘  要:在镀锌钝化生产中钝化液锌杂质偏高会严重影响镀锌钝化效果,需定时监控镀锌钝化液的锌杂质,从而保证正常生产。以氟化钾掩蔽铁离子、硫脲掩蔽铜离子,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,在pH值为5.5的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液的条件下用EDTA标准溶液测定镀锌钝化液中锌杂质。测定结果相对平均偏差为0.33%,回收率为98.8%。本分析方法操作简单,终点颜色变化明显,适用于对镀锌钝化液中锌杂质的监控。In the production of galvanizing passivation,high zinc impurity in the passivation solution will seriously affect the passivation effect of galvanizing.It is necessary to monitor the zinc impurity in the passivation solution regularly to ensure normal production.Using potassium fluoride to mask iron ions,thiourea to mask copper ions,xylenol orange as an indicator,EDTA standard solution was usedto determine the zinc plating passivation solution under the condition of acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution with a pH of 5.5 Zinc impurities.The relative average deviation of the measurement results was 0.33%,and the recovery rate was 98.8%.This analytical method is simple to operate,the end point color changes obviously,and it is suitable for monitoring zinc impurities in the zinc plating passivation solution.
