摘  要:中韩(武汉)石油化工有限公司在测定芳烃产品溴指数时,发现采用1.0 mgBr/100 g标准样品的分析结果超出了SH/T1551-1993规定的溴指数测定重复性误差0.4 mgBr/100 g,不能满足溴指数含量小于2.0 mgBr/100 g芳烃产品分析准确率的要求。本文对影响分析结果的因素进行实验分析,结果表明:采用玻璃注射器、无隔膜电极、100 mA发生电流,并设置动态范围为100 mV、最大加液速度30μg/min、最小加液速度15μg/min时,能大大提高分析的精密度和准确度,满足芳烃产品质量分析的要求。When SINOPEC-SK(Wuhan)Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.determined the bromine index of aromatic products,it was found that the analysis result of 1.0 mgBr/100 g standard sample exceeded the repeatability error of 0.4 mgBr/100 g in the determination of bromine index specified by SH/T1551-1993,cannot meet the requirements of the accuracy of the analysis of the bromine index content of less than 2.0 mgBr/100 g aromatic products.An experimental analysis on the factors that affected the analysis resultswas conducted,and the results showed that when glass syringes,diaphragmless electrode and 100 mA generating current were used,and the dynamic range was set to 100mV,the maximum dosing rate was 30μg/min,and the minimum dosing rate was 15μg/min.It can greatly improve the precision and accuracy of the analysis and meet the requirements for the quality analysis of aromatic products.
