摘　　要：DCS系统的高可用性和SIS系统的高安全性是石油化工行业控制系统的核心,将两个不同控制系统的功能有机集成到一套系统中去,可确保生产装置更加安全、平稳运行并节约设备和人力成本。介绍了西门子PCS7系统作为全集成自动化解决方案在某石化企业乙烯装置中的应用,重点介绍了集成的DCS系统和SIS系统在控制站、网络通讯及工程师站的配置。DCS system high availability and SIS system high security are the core of petroleum chemical industry.Integrating two different control systems into one system can ensure production plant more secure,stable operation,and save manpower and equipment cost.Siemens PCS7 was used as fully integration automatic solution to be applied in a certain ethylene plant,and DCS,SIS system configuration in control station,network communication and engineer station were especially integrated.
