摘 要:为了实现煤炭资源的高度清洁化,我国的煤炭企业大多选择洗选煤加工技术对煤炭进行加工处理,不仅最为经济,同时技术也更为成熟。现如今最为普遍的洗选工艺为湿法选煤,主要涉及到选煤与煤泥水处理两大环节。在煤泥水工艺的具体应用过程中,需要结合煤质特性,经过煤泥两级浮选、精煤泥两段脱水,尾煤泥水两段浓缩、两段回收的处理流程,以实现煤炭资源与水资源的最大化利用。In order to realize the high cleanliness of coal resources,most coal enterprises in China choose coal washing and processing technology to process coal,which is not only the most economical,but also more mature in technology.Nowadays,the most popular washing process is wet coal preparation,which mainly involves two links:coal preparation and slime water treatment.In the specific application process of slime water process,it is necessary to combine the characteristics of coal quality,through the process flow of two-stage flotation of slime,two-stage dehydration of clean slime,two-stage concentration and two-stage recovery of tail slime water,hoping to realize the maximum utilization of coal resources and water resources.
