摘　　要：本文确定了化工单位开展职业卫生安全管理的具体方向:确定职业卫生管理责任主体、落实安全卫生知识管理工作、模拟应急响应工作;提出了构建化工单位开展职业卫生安全管理的具体措施:提高生产人员的安全防护意识、加强危险因素排查、综合落实各项安全管理工作、有序开展档案安全管理工作、设定生产系统性安全管理流程,以此提升职业卫生安全管理的有效性。This paper determines the specific direction of occupational health and safety management in chemical units,that is,determining the main body responsible for occupational health management,implementing safety and health knowledge management,and simulating emergency response.And it puts forward the specific measures for building chemical units to carry out occupational health and safety management:improving the safety awareness of production personnel,strengthening the investigation of risk factors,comprehensively implementing various safety management work,orderly carrying out archives safety management work,and setting production systematic safety management process,so as to enhance the effectiveness of occupational health and safety management.
