摘  要:本公司造气炉由φ2.74m扩径到φ3.2m后,由原来的两灰斗排渣改为四灰斗排渣,更便捷稳定,火层运行更加平稳,大大增加造气炉的稳定运行,提高单炉发气量,保证了有效气质。造气炉多灰斗排渣方式创新改造之后,实现了稳定炉况、提高单炉产气量的要求,更使造气炉有效实现长周期稳定运行:调整空间大且运行稳定,不挑煤种、残炭低、设备故障率低并且运行周期长。After expanding the diameter of our gasifier from φ2.74m to φ3.2m,the original slag discharge from two ash hoppers was changed to slag discharge from four ash hoppers,which was more convenient and stable,and the operation of the fire zone was more stable,which greatly increased the stable operation of the gasifier,increased the gas output of a single boiler and ensured the effective temperament.After the innovation and transformation of multi-ash hopper slag discharge mode in gasifier,the requirements of stabilizing the furnace condition and increasing the gas output of a single gasifier are realized,and the gasifier can effectively realize long-term stable operation:large adjustment space,stable operation,no coal picking,low carbon residue,low equipment failure rate and long operation period.
