摘　　要：目的:建立消化系统药物的规则库,为处方前置审核提供技术支持,促进临床合理用药。方法:根据药品说明书,结合临床指南、专家共识和医院实际药物使用和管理情况,建立消化系统用药规则库。结果:设计了约1020条消化系统药物的规则,包括适应证、禁忌证、用法用量和给药途径等。规则库启用后,通过系统审核和药师人工审核相结合,加强了消化系统药物的处方审核干预力度。结论:所建立的规则库较为规范和适宜,既能拦截不合理医嘱,又能避免过度干预。该规则库的应用有效体现了药师的价值,使药学服务更精准。Objective:To establish a medication rule database of digestive system drugs,and to provide technical support for prescription pre-audit system and promote rational drug use in our hospital.Methods:The rule database of digestive system drugs was established based on package inserts,combining with clinical guidelines,expert consensus and the actual use and management of digestive system drugs in our hospital.Results:About 1020 rules of digestive system drugs were designed,including indications,contraindications,usage and dosage,and route of administration.Through the combination of system prescription audit and pharmacist prescription audit based on the rule database,the intervention of prescription review was strengthened.Conclusion:The constructed rule database is relatively standard and appropriate,which can not only intercept unreasonable medical orders,but also avoid excessive intervention.The application of the rule database effectively reflects the value of pharmacists,and make pharmaceutical services more accurate.
