高血压人群血尿酸水平与动脉僵硬度及超敏C反应蛋白的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究高血压患者血尿酸(UA)水平与动脉僵硬度及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的相关性。方法选取本院2018年2月至2020年2月收治的原发性高血压患者95例作为观察组,并选取同期95名健康体检者作为对照组。比较两组血清中的UA水平、hs-CRP,检测颈股动脉脉搏波传导速度(CFPWV),分析尿酸水平与超敏C反应蛋白、动脉僵硬度的关系。结果观察组患者舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、hs-CRP、UA、CFPWV明显均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中,随着UA水平的上升,hs-CRP也不断上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者中,随着UA水平的上升,CFPWV也不断上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者血尿酸水平与动脉僵硬度、超敏C反应蛋白呈正相关,随着血尿酸水平上升,动脉僵硬度、超敏C反应蛋白水平也增加。Objective To explore the correlation between serum uric acid(UA)level and arterial stiffness and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hsCRP)in patients with hypertension.Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,95 patients with essential hypertension in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 95 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Serum UA level and hs-CRP were compared between the two groups,and the carotid femoral artery pulse wave conduction velocity(CFPWV)was detected.The relationship between uric acid level and hypersensitive C-reactive protein and arterial stiffness was analyzed.Results Diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP),hs-CRP,UA and CFPWV in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,with the increase of UA level,hs-CRP also increased continuously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,CFPWV increased with the increase of UA level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There was positive correlation between serum uric acid level and arterial stiffness and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in patients with hypertension.With the increase of serum uric acid level,the levels of arterial stiffness and hypersensitive C-reactive protein also increase.
