摘　　要：目的研究血清14-3-3η蛋白运用于检测类风湿关节炎(RA)和脊柱关节病(SpA)的临床意义。方法选取本院2015年4月至2018年7月收治的60例类风湿关节炎患者(RA组)和75例脊柱关节病患者(SpA组)作为研究对象,另选择同期健康体检者80名作为对照组,分别进行血清14-3-3η蛋白检测,分析检测结果。结果RA组阳性率为96.67%,明显高于SpA组(60.00%)和对照组(7.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RA组早期患者血清14-3-3η蛋白水平与非早期比较差异无统计学意义,但SpA组早期血清14-3-3η蛋白水平与非早期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且RA组早期、非早期血清14-3-3η蛋白水平均高于SpA组(P<0.05)。结论血清14-3-3η蛋白运用于RA、SpA中具有较高的诊断价值,可判断疾病类型,值得临床推广运用。Objective To study the clinical significance of serum 14-3-3ηprotein in the detection of RA and SpA.Methods A total of 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RAgroup)and 75 patients with spine-joint disease(SPAgroup)admitted to our hospital fromApril 2015 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects,another 80 cases of health examination in our hospital were selected as control group,serum 14-3-3ηprotein was detected separately and its test results and significance were analyzed.Results The positive rate of RA group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of SpA group(60.00%)and control group(7.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in serum 14-3-3ηprotein between early RA group and non-early RA group,however,there was significant difference between the early and non-early stages of SpA group(P<0.05),in addition,serum 14-3-3ηprotein levels in early and non-early RA group were higher than those in SpA group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of serum 14-3-3ηprotein in RA and SpA has important diagnostic value,judging the type of disease,it is worthy of clinical application.
