摘  要:针对当前高层建筑物中普通混凝土自重大,而轻骨料混凝土强度较普通混凝土低的现状,以不同玄武岩纤维体积率(V_(b))、聚丙烯纤维体积率(V_(p))和陶粒代取代率(R_(c))为影响因素,利用正交试验法设计了9组混杂纤维轻骨料混凝土(HF-LWC),进行了抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度试验,并基于试验结果建立了强度预测模型。结果表明:三种因素对抗折强度的提升幅度大于对抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的提升幅度,最大增幅为45.23%;随着V_(b)的增加,HF-LWC的强度逐渐增大,且V_(b)对HF-LWC强度的影响最显著;当V_(b)为0.2%、V_(p)为0.1%、R_(c)为10%时,HF-LWC强度最佳;拟合得出的HF-LWC抗压强度、抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度模型的精度较高。In view of the current situation that the self-weight of ordinary concrete in high-rise buildings,and the strength of lightweight aggregate concrete is lower than that of ordinary concrete.Taking different basalt fiber volume ratio(V_(b)),polypropylene fiber volume ratio(V_(p))and ceramsite replacement rate(R_(c))as influencing factors,9 groups of hybrid fiber lightweight aggregate concrete(HF-LWC)were designed by orthogonal test method,and the compressive strength,flexural strength and split tensile strength tests were carried out,and the strength predictive models were established based on the test results.The results show that the increase in flexural strength of the three factors is greater than the increase in compressive strength and split tensile strength,with the maximum increase of 45.23%.With the increase of the basalt fiber volume ratio,the strength of HF-LWC gradually increases,and the basalt fiber volume ratio has the most significant influence on the strength of HF-LWC.When the basalt fiber volume ratio is 0.2%,polypropylene fiber volume ratio is 0.1%and ceramsite replacement rate is 10%,the strength of HF-LWC is the best.The accuracy of HF-LWC compressive strength,flexural strength and splitting tensile strength models are high.
