摘 要:利用激光清洗技术对镍基高温合金表面氧化膜实施焊前清洗,研究了镍基高温合金的氧化膜激光清洗工艺,通过扫描电镜、EDS能谱分析了清洗后表面的微观形貌及元素含量,测试了清洗前后基材的耐腐蚀性能及力学性能。结果表明,选用优化后的50 W,150 k Hz,30 mm/s,250 ns的脉冲激光清洗工艺参数能有效地去除合金表面原生氧化膜及油污等污染物,清洗后表面还能生成一层致密的Cr_(2)O_(3)钝化膜,显著提升表面耐腐蚀性能,腐蚀速率减缓了约2.8倍,同时不会对基材组织与力学性能造成任何损伤。最后在此工艺上结合激光焊接工艺,可获得焊缝成形较好的优良焊接接头,接头抗拉强度达到682.3 MPa,且内部无气孔缺陷。Using the laser cleaning technology to clean surface oxidation film of Ni-base superalloy before welding,first of all the oxide film of Ni-base superalloy was studied,the micro morphology and element content on the surface were analyzed by using SEM,EDS energy spectrum after laser cleaning.Testing the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of base,which showed that under 50 W,150 k Hz,30 mm/s,250 ns laser cleaning process could effectively remove the native oxide film on the surface of Ni-base superalloy and oil pollutants.After cleaning the surface would also be able to generate a layer of dense Cr_(2)O_(3) passivation membrane,which significantly increased the surface corrosion resistance,and corrosion rate slowed down the about 2.8 times,at the same time would not cause any damage on microstructure and mechanical properties of base material.Finally,by combining this pro cess with laser welding pro cess,a good welded joint with a tensile property up to 682.3 MPa could be obtained,and there was no porosity defect in the joint.
