摘 要:针对《GB7588-2003电梯制造与安装安全规范》及其第1号修改单生效前国内已经投入运行的约400万台未考虑层门防撞性能的老旧电梯,设计了一种挂钩式防电梯层门靴脱槽装置,通过摆锤冲击有限元分析和试验结合的方式对比了加装前和加装后电梯层门的抗冲击性能,提取了挂钩式防层门脱槽装置结构的关键区域碰撞组件的载荷曲线,分析了该装置的抗撞原理,结果表明,加装挂钩式防脱槽装置后的电梯层门能够显著的限制撞击时层门竖直方向的变形趋势,从而提高层门的抗撞击性能,耐撞击力提高了2.16倍,同时,摆锤试验进一步验证了分析结果的正确性。Aiming at the approximately 4 million old elevators that had not been considered for landing door collision resistance before the GB7588-2003 and its No.1 amendment sheet came into effect,a hook-type anti-lift elevator landing door shoe slotting device was compared with the impact resistance of the elevator landing door before and after the installation by a combination of pendulum impact finite element analysis and test.The key areas of the structure of the hook type landing door slotting device were extracted.The load curve of the collision component analyzes the collision principle of the device.The results show that the elevator landing door after installing the hook-type anti-slotting device can significantly limit the vertical deformation trend of the landing door during an impact,thereby improving the landing door.The impact resistance and impact resistance were increased by 2.16 times.At the same time,the pendulum test further verified the correctness of the analysis results.
