摘  要:针对目前机加工零件三维工艺设计存在的工序模型可读性及建模通用性差,生成效率低的问题,提出一种基于半空间相交法的工艺模型创建方法。首先对工艺MBD模型进行定义并确立了求解表达式。接着根据逆向建模思维,从设计MBD模型开始,对各道工序中的加工特征,进行特征识别与设计信息提取。然后运用改进的半空间相交及参数化建模方法,创建各道工序的制造特征体和工序MBD模型,并将最终生成的工艺MBD模型作为工艺文件输出保存。最后,以后桥差速器壳零件为例,对所提方法的可行性进行了实例验证。Aiming at the problems such as poor readability of working procedure model(WPM),low-level generality and poor generating efficiency of WPM modeling in 3D process planning of machining parts,a method of generating process model based on the half-space intersection method was proposed.Firstly,the process MBD model was defined and the solution expression was established.Next,according to the thought of reverse modeling,feature was recognized and design information was extracted in each process starting from the designmodel.Then,the manufacturing feature volume(WFV)and WPM were generated for each process by half-space intersection and parameterized modeling method,the resulting process MBD model was output and saved as process files.Finally,the rear axle differential housing was taken to verified the feasibility of the proposed method.
